I am Tela Johnson, the founder of Iamtelaj. My mission is to empower early-stage founders and mission-driven leaders. I help clients gain clarity on their ideas and navigate the next steps in their journey.

I do not provide legal, financial, compliance, or filing services. Instead, I support clients by helping them think clearly, make informed decisions, and move forward with intention.

My work is centered on helping people slow down, organize their thinking, and make intentional decisions, especially when everything feels scattered or heavy.
This is not about doing more.
It is about figuring out what actually matters right now.
How I Work
Most of my clients do not lack vision or motivation.
They are juggling too many ideas, opinions, and possibilities at once.
Through focused strategy sessions, I help clients:
- sort through competing ideas
- identify real priorities
- name what is getting in the way
- create clear, realistic next steps
The goal is clarity, not perfection.
